Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: 65 – 75 per hour
• $5,000 signing bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Capture and interpret radiographs
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education on preventative care and oral hygiene
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistants to coordinate patient flow and deliver a seamless, positive patient experience

Requirements

Required:

• Valid RDH license in good standing
• Clinical proficiency in prophylaxis, radiographs, and periodontal therapy (SRP)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong patient communication and education skills

Preferred:

• Local anesthesia permit
• Experience with digital radiography and practice management software
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative, technology-driven environment
