Apprentice Facilities Technician $20+ in Roseville

Responsibilities

• Assist with building repairs and maintenance
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks
• Complete work orders and routine inspections
• Operate site equipment, including a truck and sweeper
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with tools, automotive work, construction, equipment, or home repairs preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable and safety-focused

Schedule

• Roseville location
• Thursday–Monday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Free onsite parking

This is a Permanent position based out of Little Canada, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
