As a Technical Success Manager, you'll serve as the technical expert for assigned customers, proactively identifying technical risk, recurring issues, configuration opportunities, and product improvements that can strengthen customer health and value.
What You'll Do
- Own Technical Customer Success: Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned customer accounts, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring long-term solutions.
- Monitor Customer Health: Proactively identify technical risks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support Launch & Adoption: Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding, successful integrations, and ongoing product optimization.
- Drive Technical Resolutions: Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve escalated issues, minimize disruptions, and prevent recurring problems.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing clear communication, best practices, and recommendations that drive customer success and retention.
