Our client partners with established nonprofit and charitable organizations to bring important causes directly into local communities.

We're hiring a Customer Engagement & Events Representative to support live events, nonprofit campaigns and face-to-face fundraising initiatives throughout the Twin Cities.

This is an active, people-focused position combining events, customer engagement, nonprofit fundraising, donor relations and community outreach.

You'll meet people, introduce them to the organizations we represent, explain the impact of their work and help interested individuals become donors and ongoing supporters.

No previous fundraising experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do:

You'll work at designated events and high-traffic campaign locations where you'll:

• Engage event attendees face-to-face
• Represent established nonprofit organizations
• Create an energetic and professional event experience
• Build relationships through natural conversations
• Learn each organization's mission, programs and impact
• Share compelling stories about the causes represented
• Generate awareness around nonprofit initiatives
• Answer questions about charitable programs
• Discuss opportunities to support represented causes
• Assist interested individuals through donor enrollment
• Maintain accurate campaign information
• Support event setup and campaign presentation
• Work toward individual and team fundraising goals
• Participate in ongoing communication and campaign training

Compensation

$900–$1,200 Per Week

Actual compensation depends on individual performance and the applicable compensation structure.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person events and nonprofit fundraising position serving Coon Rapids and the surrounding Twin Cities market.

This position is not remote, work-from-home, telemarketing or call-center fundraising.
