Truck Driver Trainee

Do you have your Class A CDL license, but just don't have any driving experience? We are seeking Class A drivers who have received their Class A CDL license with academy training in the last 2 years, but have NO DRIVING EXPERIENCE . We are currently accepting applications for our Entry‑Level Driver Trainee Position (which includes our 2‑week compensated training). You must be able to provide a copy of your CDL school completion certificate. If you have had your Class A CDL for more than 2 years with NO RECENT EXPERIENCE or if you do not have a school completion certificate, we can get you started with an alternate Entry‑Level position. You must be ready to get started 2 weeks from the time that you apply. Here's What You Need To Get Started: A valid Class A CDL License A valid DOT medical card Your CDL school completion certificate (PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR SCHOOL COMPLETION CERTIFICATE) You must also be able to pass all DOT related tests & pre‑employment screenings Must have a fairly clean MVR Position Details We will conduct a brief phone interview to make sure that you qualify. Upon successful completion of your interview, you will then complete an online application. After your application is received, one of our processors will call you to speak with you. We will then get you set up for either an online or in‑person orientation. You will be required to complete some pre‑employment screenings, as well as a background check. Once you successfully complete your screening, background check & orientation, we will get you set up for your training. You will be picked up by a trainer & drive in various states for either 2 or 4 weeks to get your required behind‑the‑wheel hours in. After your training, you will come home for a few days. Once your home time is complete, you will be dispatched out & beginning driving solo as an experienced driver. You will also receive a very good pay raise, as well. We offer dedicated, regional & OTR positions. Local positions are subject to location & availability. There may also be an option to choose from 4 different divisions: Dry van, reefer, flatbed & tanker. You will receive an excellent full benefits package. Rider policy.
