Position Overview
Relive Health Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our team on a 1099 basis. This role will primarily focus on customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, skincare education, and overall skin health consultations.

We are looking for someone passionate about aesthetics, client experience, and creating personalized treatment plans that align with our luxury wellness brand. The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, knowledgeable in medical-grade skincare, and comfortable recommending treatment plans and homecare products.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and advanced skin treatments
• Perform dermaplaning and chemical peel treatments
• Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, pre- and post-care, and treatment expectations
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products and ongoing treatment plans
• Maintain accurate charting, consent forms, and treatment documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment remain clean, organized, and compliant
• Deliver exceptional customer service and an elevated patient experience
• Collaborate with the Relive team to support clinic growth and client retention
• Participate in social media content creation when needed, including educational and treatment-related content

Qualifications

• Active Medical Aesthetician and/or Electrologist License
• 2+ years of aesthetic experience preferred
• Experience with customized facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels required
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and protocols
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Social media and/or treatment portfolio preferred

Schedule

• Preferably Thursdays to start, with the potential to add a second day based on client volume and growth
• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
