This pivotal role involves building a standalone IT organization and establishing digital, data, and AI capabilities to drive growth, operational excellence, and value creation. The successful candidate will lead all technology separation activities, ensure operational readiness, and define a scalable digital strategy. Key responsibilities include developing a target-state technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and long-term digital, data, and AI strategy, as well as partnering with leaders across various business functions to integrate technology into key processes.
