Job Description
CNA - SNF

Schedule

5/8 hour shifts; every other weekend required; must be able to work at least four 8-hour shifts per week; holidays are required.

Assignment Details

Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Current NYS license required
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor patient health and report changes
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient care
