Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to evaluate commercial properties, perform service inspections, and complete repair projects that keep roofing systems operating safely and efficiently. The technician will troubleshoot issues, recommend practical service solutions, and execute repair work on low‑slope systems while maintaining high standards for quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial roofing systems and repair sites.
• Perform detailed service inspections and recommend repair solutions.
• Execute repair work on low‑slope roofing assemblies.
• Maintain high standards for quality and professionalism.
• Travel locally in a company‑provided vehicle to client sites.

Qualifications

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
• One to two years of repair experience.
• Knowledge of low‑sloped roofing assemblies.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.

Work Schedule

• On‑site Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Overtime required as business demands.
• Two Saturdays per month from April through October, typically 10–12 hour days during peak season.
