Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Include Verifying medication orders, dispensing pharmaceuticals, and ensuring medication safety and appropriateness through chart review, patient counseling, and dose adjustments. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based, cost-effective pharmacotherapy recommendations. Supervising pharmacy technicians and interns to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery. Precepting pharmacy students and residents, guiding their clinical development. Maintaining a high level of alertness to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Include A Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. Licensure as a registered pharmacist in applicable states. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required within 90 days of employment. No prior experience required. Skills And Physical Requirements Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively. Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive movements, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computers and electronic medical records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
