The Warehouse Associate position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on picking and packing pool supply products accurately and efficiently for shipment. Employees are responsible for selecting items based on order requirements, preparing them for shipment through proper packaging and labeling, and maintaining a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity expectations. The role requires following established warehouse procedures, keeping work areas clean and organized, and working closely with team members to meet daily goals. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in an active setting that involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided, with an emphasis on accuracy, speed, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack pool supply products for shipment.
• Prepare items for shipment through proper packaging and labeling.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.
• Follow established warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or handheld picking devices.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and order accuracy.
• Ability to meet productivity quotas or performance expectations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime or extended hours when needed.
• Experience with pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment.
• Commitment to safety and following warehouse safety guidelines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tonawanda, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
