Duties And Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance of the building and machines to minimize breakdowns and defects. Troubleshoot defects: intervene quickly and find solutions for both minor and complex issues, with a focus on mechanical and hydraulic problems. Maintain machines. Work with air and water pipes, perform installations, repairs, and maintain piping systems. Basic electrical work: simple electrical connections and troubleshooting. Metalworking and welding to repair or improve parts or structures. Work independently and purchase necessary materials, both locally and internationally.
