Position: Travel ED Registered Nurse
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Department: Emergency Services
Shifts Available: Nights
Pay: up to $672-$768 gross pay per shift; equivalent to $56.00 - $64.00 per hour.
Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities:
* Oversees ED operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts.Ensures safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
* Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments.
* Supervises, coaches, and supports staff development.
* Assists with performance management and HR-related activities.
* Monitors supplies, equipment, and unit readiness.Coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
* Addresses patient care concerns and escalates issues as needed.
* Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience.
* Provides direct patient care when needed to maintain safe staffing levels.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
* Current and valid state RN License
* Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
* Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
* Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.D. setting required.
* PALS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
* Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.D. setting required.

This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
