Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and analyses using financial systems, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, including management reporting, financial statement analysis, and compensation reporting. Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects to support business objectives. Partner with various departments to complete high‑visibility industry surveys and reporting initiatives. Develop and maintain reporting solutions that improve data accessibility, accuracy, and decision‑making. Act as a subject matter expert on financial systems, reporting processes, and data integration. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, automation, and data analysis. Strong experience with SQL, database reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau. Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
