Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our tortilla manufacturing facility. This hands‑on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production, packaging, and conveying equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to support continuous production. Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. Maintain maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to management. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance, food manufacturing, or production environments preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work with conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, and packaging equipment. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
