Travel based on project locations is required. Expect stable, year-round work!YOUR DAYAs our Experienced Commercial Roofing Specialist, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems-executed with precision and accountability.Your work will include:Installing, repairing, and restoring commercial flat and low-slope roofing systemsInstalling TPO roofing systems, including seams, penetrations, terminations, and details using hot-air weldingPerforming sheet metal installation related to roofing, including flashing, coping, trim, curbs, wall caps, and canopiesReading and following construction drawings, details, and specificationsApplying adhesives, sealants, and caulking to ensure watertight assembliesCoordinating daily tasks with the foreman and crewReporting material needs or jobsite issues to the foremanMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe job siteFollowing company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesREQUIREMENTSCommercial roofing experience (flat/low-slope)TPO roofing experience, including hot-air welding of seams and detailsSheet metal experienceFamiliarity with flashing, edge metal, coping, and roof penetrationsComfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditionsAbility to install shop-fabricated metal components (fabrication completed in our shop)Ability to pass internal quality and welding standardsAbility to provide own personal cordless power tools, hand tools, and required safety gear (some PPE provided)Ability to work independently while following the foreman's directionAbility to reside or relocate to Murfreesboro, TN prior to start dateWillingness to travel frequently for project-based workStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPreferred (not required):Experience with EPDM, PVC, or metal roofing systemsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationManufacturer or industry-recognized TPO roofing certificationReady to become our Experienced Commercial Roofing Specialist?
