We combine expertise, integrity, and a family-centered approach to provide unmatched service to our customers.As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be more than a repair expert—you'll also represent Cavalry with professionalism, honesty, and a focus on customer care. This role requires both technical ability and people skills: you'll diagnose and repair appliances, read schematics, troubleshoot creatively, and also recommend solutions, explain repairs, and identify sales opportunities.Diagnose and repair major home appliances.Research and interpret schematics to solve complex problems.Install appliances and equipment.Provide accurate repair estimates, explain options to customers, and process payments.Maintain company vehicle, tools, and reports.Deliver outstanding customer experiences by being friendly, respectful, and professional.What We're Looking ForTechnical aptitude: Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills.
