Physical Therapist - Lombard, IL (Accepting New Grads)
Additional Earnings: Monthly bonuses, productivity incentives, and profit sharing
Shift Schedule:
- Full-time, 5 shifts per week
- Typically 2-day shifts and 3 evening shifts
- Open to negotiating 2 evening shifts
- Early Fridays year-round (off by 3:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and functional conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physical therapists, nutrition specialists, and other clinicians to deliver holistic care
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and support clinic growth
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Must be willing to cover neighbor clinics if needed.
- Active Illinois PT license or pending licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
- Interest in a multidisciplinary care model
