Your responsibilities include:

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform as well as your personal network.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and gauge their interest.
• Schedule conversations between candidates and our recruiters for a deeper assessment.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey.
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system.
• Receive commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads.

What you need for success:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude you dictate your day, not the other way around.
• A passion for outreach, making connections, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers.

Compensation structure:

• Your earnings will derive from real value created:
• Commission for each qualified meeting you schedule.
• Extra compensation when interviews happen as a result of your outreach.
