This position is vital for ensuring a positive employee experience and efficient HR operations. The People Specialist will provide excellent customer service support and consultation in the overall administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs, as well as coordination and implementation of services, policies, and programs through close partnership with our Centers of Expertise (COE) within a fast paced People department.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service and tactical support to employee population of approximately 9,000 employees in an efficient manner regarding multiple HR topics (i.e. recruiting/staffing, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits)Support HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee recognition, and talent development.Facilitate paperwork, process and data entry for employee events/changesPrepare and generate various HR reports and analyses as requested.Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.Participate in internal HR audits and data verification processes.Serve on project teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the People team.Assist with HR compliance efforts and ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
