We need an experienced Estimator/Project Manager who knows how to write a scope that holds up, negotiate with adjusters who push back, and keep a pipeline of jobs moving without anything falling through the cracks.If you're estimating restoration jobs right now but feeling capped — on pay, on autonomy, or on how much your accuracy actually gets recognized — this is worth a conversation.What You'll Do✓

Inspect losses and write accurate Xactimate estimates across water, fire/smoke, and mold jobs✓

Own the insurance claims process from first submission through final payment✓

Negotiate scope and pricing directly with adjusters — and win the arguments worth winning✓

Identify and write supplements for additional damage that other estimators would miss✓

Manage a pipeline of 20–40 active jobs without losing track of a single one✓

Be the financial gatekeeper that protects margin on every job that comes through the doorWhat We Offer✓

$65,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience✓

Performance bonus tied to collected revenue and margin targets✓

A growth path toward Senior Estimator or Director of OperationsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:•

3+ years of restoration estimating or project management experience•

Proficiency in Xactimate — Level 1 certification strongly preferred•

Working knowledge of insurance restoration claims, supplements, and adjuster negotiation•

Strong organizational skills — you don't let jobs slip through the cracks•

Confident, professional communicator who isn't afraid to push back on a lowball adjuster•

Valid driver's license for site visit travelA plus, but not required:•

Xactimate Level 2 certification•

IICRC WRT, ASD, or FSRT certification•

Experience working with TPAs — Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, or similar•
