Location: Bartlesville, OK
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized speech therapy treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Empower patients to improve communication skills and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Oklahoma SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Education
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

- Speech-language pathology assessment and treatment
- Cognitive and swallowing therapy techniques
- Clinical documentation and care planning
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
- Patient and caregiver education
- Rehabilitation experience
