Labware Developer – Albany, US (On Site) Immediate availability. Background check mandatory. Role Overview The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in LabWare LIMS, extensive experience with scripting in LIMS Basic and automation, proficiency in Crystal Reports, and excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. The applicant should have at least 7–8 years of experience in LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementations. Key Responsibilities Gather user requirements to understand laboratory and stakeholder needs. Configure LabWare LIMS, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot issues. Create and configure Master Data such as Products, Projects, Analysis, Calculations, Automation Scripts, and Message Engine. Apply LIMS Basic for format calculations, analysis component calculations, and basic algorithms. Manage LabWare lot management and sample lifecycle. Customize LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory needs. Integrate instruments with LabWare LIMS to ensure seamless data flow and automation. Create Crystal Reports using Query Tags and Access Routines. Enter and edit relevant static data within the system. Serve as liaison between laboratory users and vendors to address system issues and user requirements. Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation scripts to enhance system functionality. Work with Agile teams to implement new features and improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate LabWare with other systems and workflows. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all system implementations. Support data migration and integration efforts to maintain data integrity and consistency. Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for improved efficiency and reliability. Required Qualifications 7–8 years of experience in LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementations. Proficient in LIMS Basic scripting and MethEX Module. Strong understanding of data governance, version control, and validation protocols. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and GxP environments.
