Track and itemize inventory. Ensure customers receive the highest quality of care. Maintain fuel receipts and petty cash. Clean, monitor premises, and maintain a secure environment. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. Minimum Requirements 1‑3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction. Computer and organizational proficiency. Management experience in high‑volume retail with profit & loss (P&L) accountability. Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to work weekends and holidays. Work Environment The position involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. Protective clothing such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required. Physical Demands Physical exertion includes long periods indoors and outdoors, remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted).
