About the Role We're looking for an IV Infusion Technician to join our Park Ridge, IL clinic - someone who is confident with a needle, genuinely warm with clients, and takes real pride in delivering a safe, high-quality experience every time. This is a hands-on, client-facing role at the heart of what we do. You'll be starting IVs, administering injections, supporting daily clinic operations, and making sure every client feels cared for from the moment they walk in. What You'll Do Deliver Safe, High-Quality Clinical Care Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently, monitoring clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards Create an Exceptional Client Experience Create a welcoming, professional environment and build genuine rapport with every client Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits with clarity and enthusiasm Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day Track, restock, and organize inventory; maintain cleanliness and order in all clinical areas Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency Show Up as a Team Player Work closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Director to support daily priorities and team goals Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and assist with training and onboarding as needed Take initiative, bring accountability and look for ways to go beyond the basics of the role What You'll Bring Licensure & Certifications Paramedic license - required IV Therapy Certification - required CPR/BLS certification - required Experience 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred Skills & Attributes Strong IV and injection skills with a calm, confident bedside manner A warm communicator who builds trust quickly and handles pressure with professionalism Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine Good to Know Part-time position with clinic-based schedule 8-10 hour shifts, including weekends Performance-based pay Is This Role for You?
