Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Pay: $5,000 per month
Pay Frequency: Monthly

Position Summary

NEPA Wholesale is seeking a dependable and motivated Route Sales Representative to manage an assigned customer route in the Sarasota area.

This is a hands-on sales and customer-service position combining outside sales, account management, product delivery, collections, and inventory management . The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working independently, and motivated to grow sales within their territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit and service assigned customers daily.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate leads and open new customer accounts.

• Promote company products and identify opportunities to increase sales.

• Process customer orders and prepare accurate invoices.

• Deliver, load, and unload products.

• Collect customer payments and maintain accurate records.

• Manage route inventory, returns, credits, and daily sales activity.

• Complete required sales, inventory, collection, and route reports.

• Safeguard company products, payments, equipment, and documents.

• Safely operate and maintain the assigned company vehicle.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable traffic laws.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Must qualify for coverage under the company's vehicle insurance.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily customer route.

• Basic computer, mobile-device, and recordkeeping skills.

• Previous experience in route sales, outside sales, delivery, collections, or customer service is preferred.

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.

Company Vehicle & Secure Parking

The employee will take an assigned company vehicle home and will be responsible for securely storing the vehicle and company inventory overnight.

Applicants must have access to a secure parking location approved by the company and its insurance provider , such as a garage, gated private driveway, secure yard, or another approved location.

Street parking or unsecured public parking may not be approved.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent driving, entering and exiting the company vehicle, and loading and unloading products. Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, reach, stand, and walk as required throughout the workday.
