Printing Associate

Now Hiring: Printing Associate ($18–$22/hr based on experience) We are seeking a customer-focused Printing Associatefor a full-time, Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) position onsite at U of L. Responsibilities include greeting walk-ins, answering phone calls, handling email inquiries, and filling print orders, specifically printing, packaging, and box labeling. Use of heat gun and shrink wrap is required. The ideal candidate has a graphic design background or print experience, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude. Dress code is business casual (polos with jeans or khakis/slacks). salary: $18 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Serve as the main front counter contact for clients and foot traffic. Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk‑in customers. Screen inquiries, gather request details, and walk customers through their print options. Maintain customer relationships through clear communication. Print Production & Order Fulfillment Manage end‑to‑end print orders, including printing, packaging, and creating box labels. Oversee production workflow with a focus on poster printing and mail/print materials. Balance time between daily production (60%), office settings (40%), and email correspondence. Administrative Support Handle email communications and process inbound digital orders. Assist with general administrative tasks within the print center as needed.
