Human Resources Generalist

E Noa Corporation is hiring a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and labor law compliance onsite in Honolulu. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding. Coordinate and improve new hire orientations to support a smooth transition into the organization. Plan and run monthly initiatives aimed at building a positive and inclusive company culture. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to support a compliant workplace. Use ADP systems to track, report, and manage HR data. Partner with management on employee relations, including conflict resolution and support related to performance management and development. Requirements Education: High school or equivalent (Required) ; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Experience: 2+ years in HR roles (Required) ; equivalent HR experience is acceptable in place of preferred education. Proven HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Familiarity with labor law compliance and applicable HR regulations. ADP systems experience highly preferred . Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR information with professionalism.
