MD Office Solutions of Arizona is hiring a Per Diem Cardiac Stress Technician (1–2 days per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as our mobile cardiac services continue expanding.

Join a collaborative mobile nuclear cardiology team delivering cardiac stress testing services directly to healthcare facilities across Arizona. This role is ideal for experienced medical professionals who want meaningful clinical work, autonomy in the field, and hands-on patient care in both routine and emergent situations.

A full job description is available to view and download. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare patients for cardiac stress testing, including consent, vitals, and peripheral IV access
• Set up and monitor 12-lead EKG stress testing, including lead placement, rhythm identification, and interpretation
• Administer pharmacological stress agents under physician supervision and apply ACLS protocols if complications arise
• Drive and operate the company van in compliance with Radiation Safety and DOT regulations
• Set up and break down mobile operations at customer sites, including equipment, pharmaceutical supplies, and medical waste disposal
• Complete and submit patient charting on the same day of service

Candidates with experience in clinical or emergency medical environments are encouraged to apply. Preferred backgrounds include:

• Paramedic
• EMT
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Medical Assistant
• Other clinical or emergency medical roles

Experience with IV placement and 12-lead EKG monitoring is strongly preferred.

• Valid driver’s license (no violations)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA)
• Current BLS/BCLS certification

As with all healthcare roles, exposure to infectious diseases and radiation is possible. MDOS technologists follow strict radiation safety protocols, including use of personal radiation monitoring badges and protective equipment. Emergency response procedures may apply in the event of a radioactive spill.

• 8+ hour shifts
• Day shift
• Primarily Monday–Friday, approximately 1–2 days per week
• Occasional Saturday coverage depending on operational needs
• Overtime may apply
