Senior Director, Quality Management Systems
Pfizer Inc
Senior Director leading Pfizer's global Quality Management digital product portfolio, including Veeva Quality Vault systems and AI-enabled quality solutions. Accountable for product strategy, roadmap execution, compliance alignment, and cross-functional team leadership across the enterprise quality network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy for Quality Management portfolio aligned with Digital Quality priorities
- Lead product ownership across Veeva Quality Vault ecosystem and complementary quality solutions
- Define and execute AI-enabled quality transformation roadmaps including predictive insights and workflow automation
- Manage portfolio budgets, vendor relationships, and investment recommendations
- Lead and develop global team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and domain experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, OR Master's with 10+ years, OR PhD with 7+ years
- Pharmaceutical quality, manufacturing, digital transformation, or product management experience
- Leadership of enterprise-scale digital product portfolios
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments
- Track record leading global cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives
- Financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities
