Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the Port of Lake Charles.

Inspect the forklift before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Assist with general material-handling duties as assigned.

Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.

Follow all port, workplace, and equipment safety procedures.

Requirements:

A valid TWIC card and driver's license are required. Recent forklift certification is preferred. Previous forklift or material-handling experience is preferred. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
