As a leading provider of assembly solutions, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in their assigned territory and will play a key role in shaping the territory strategy. You will primarily collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Engineers within industries such as automotive, aerospace, and heavy off-road vehicles. You will ensure that all sales, projects, and services are delivered on time, consistently exceeding customer expectations. As a Sales Engineer, you will be the voice of the customer within our organization, working closely with the regional team, inside sales, and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Define, develop, and implement a Performance Optimization Plan for your territory, aligning with company goals and targets. Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with existing clients. Provide expert technical support and best-practice recommendations for product usage. Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving growth across the assigned territory.
