Production Manager
The Floor Coverings International Production Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth planning and execution of all our installation projects, from coordinating materials, selecting professional crews to execute each job to ensuring the high quality of each project through its completion. The Production Manager is key in delivering the level of expectation set up and promised during the sale of the project, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and that jobs are produced both efficiently and profitably. Our unique shop-at-home model allows customers to get perfect new floors without leaving their home and our 400,000+ customers give us an average 4.8 star rating and glowing reviews. Working knowledge of carpentry, basic construction skills are preferred. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
