Compensation:

• Total annual compensation of $75,000–$85,000, including performance-based bonus opportunities
• Biweekly payroll

Schedule:

About the Role:

As General Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the business.

You will oversee daily restaurant and bar operations while driving guest satisfaction, team performance, profitability, and operational consistency. This role requires a visible floor presence, strong leadership during peak business periods, and the ability to balance hospitality with financial accountability.

Success in this position requires someone who can build strong teams, maintain high standards, coach future leaders, and create an environment where both employees and guests want to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members
• Coach and support supervisors, managers, and hourly staff
• Create and maintain service standards and operating procedures
• Manage scheduling, labor, payroll, and staffing levels
• Review sales performance and operating costs
• Manage restaurant financial performance and P&L results
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and team communication
• Partner with culinary leadership on daily execution
• Manage POS and reservation systems
• Coordinate private events and special programming
• Resolve guest concerns and lead service recovery efforts
• Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain food safety, liquor law, and operational compliance
• Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
• Experience leading high-volume operations
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls and financial controls
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
• Inventory, purchasing, and cost-control experience
• Proven success developing and retaining teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to lead effectively during high-volume service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Food safety knowledge
