Job summary:
Processes and sterilizes surgical and hospital instruments and equipment. Assembles surgical instrument sets and trays, distributes patient care supplies and equipment, and ensures instruments are properly prepared for surgical procedures and patient care.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent: Required
Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience: Preferred
License & Certification
Sterile Processing Technician Certification: Required
