YOU WILL Demonstrate knowledge of age specific care for pediatric, adolescence patient populations. Possess organizational skills, which include prioritization, planning, assessing, implementing, evaluation, teaching, and delegating. Demonstrate effective working relationships with employees, physicians and leadership. Ability to listen and confer with personnel, practitioners, patients, parents and the public. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member and possesses strong leadership skills.
