The duties of a Caregiver involve building relationships and understanding our residents, learning their history, what motivates them, and what gives them purpose, as well as assisting them with all activities that are essential to their daily lives. Some need a little help, some need a lot, but all need to be cared about!

You will need strong communication skills, and a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with our residents, their families, and your teammates. Likewise, you will need to be an adaptable and driven person who strives to execute flawlessly on all initiatives and tasks you are presented with!

Requirements:
• Must be able to Lift/Carry/Push/Pull 20 50lbs occasionally, 10lbs 25lbs frequently.
• Stooping, reaching, handling, feeling, walking, sitting, crouching
• Be prepared for extended periods (10+) on feet and moving
Schedule:
• 12 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
