Through proprietary Aura Readings, personalized scent experiences, aromatherapy, chakra balancing, breath, and intention, we help guests discover products, services, and daily rituals that support confidence, focus, calm, balance, and personal transformation. Our Miami Flagship Studio combines personalized wellness services, experiential retail, education, and community into one immersive guest experience. As we relaunch our Miami Flagship Studio, we're building a team that will define the next generation of the Auratherapy guest experience. From personalized Aura Readings and immersive scent rituals to community events and exceptional hospitality, every team member plays an important role in helping guests discover a new way to experience wellness. You don't need experience performing Aura Readings—we'll teach you our proprietary Auratherapist™ methodology. What matters most is your ability to build trust, create memorable experiences, and confidently guide guests toward products, services, and rituals that genuinely improve their well-being. Your Role The Lead Wellness Experience Specialist serves as the Studio Manager's primary operational partner. This is our lead shift position and serves as the keyholder when the Studio Manager is not present. You'll combine hospitality, leadership, consultative selling, operational excellence, and wellness education to deliver a consistent guest experience while supporting fellow Auratherapists throughout each shift. Your responsibilities include: Leading assigned shifts and supporting daily studio operations. Delivering personalized Aura Readings and guest experiences. Guiding guests through personalized scent, product, and wellness recommendations. Coaching fellow Auratherapists through daily operations. Maintaining studio presentation and service standards. Supporting sales, bookings, client retention, and CRM follow-up. Helping create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through checkout and future bookings. Candidates often come from backgrounds such as: Luxury Retail Massage Therapy Hotel Concierge Med Spa Client Services Jewelry & Luxury Goods Personal Shopping Lifestyle Brands An interest in wellness, aromatherapy, essential oils, Reiki, yoga, meditation, breathwork, massage, holistic health, or personal growth is a strong plus—but prior experience is not required. We'll teach you our methodology. Success Looks Like Within your first six months you will: Complete Auratherapist™ Certification. Lead successful shifts independently. Build a loyal returning client base. Meet individual sales and booking goals. Support and coach fellow Auratherapists. Contribute to community events and brand activations. Help create a studio culture guests love returning to. Shift Leadership & Studio Operations You’ll help lead the daily operation of the Studio by: Serving as shift leader and keyholder. Opening and closing the Studio. Supporting appointment flow and guest experience. Coaching fellow Auratherapists. Supporting onboarding of new team members. Maintaining merchandising and presentation standards. Monitoring inventory and replenishment. Ensuring CRM documentation is complete and accurate. Maintaining operational consistency. Escalating significant guest or operational issues to the Studio Manager. Events & Community Community is an important part of the Auratherapy experience. Contribute to improving studio operations, training materials, and the overall guest experience.
