Job Description Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time indoors and outdoors. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations. Assist customers to keep payments current and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors; include climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks—sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal. Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to travel between work locations or perform other work‑related business. (Mileage reimbursement available.)
