About the Role We are seeking someone interested in selling and recruiting high-volume placements in industrial, Accounting / Clerical and Operational positions on a temporary & Direct level. What We Offer Chase your dreams with a competitive base plan. Participate in a very lucrative incentive plan with no draw. Earn between 10% and 20% of your gross margin. Receive an annual Milestone that pays up to $23,000. Contribute to Safe Harbor 401K (Dollar for Dollar up to 4%). Enjoy 7 Holidays, 2 Floaters, and 16 Paid Days Off. Earn G-Points for performance (like an Amazon Gift Card). Participate in an annual reward trip for successful producers. Required Skills Passion for helping people and a drive to succeed in sales and recruitment. A strong comfort with talking to people (in person / over the phone) Pay range and compensation package We offer a competitive base plan, plus a very lucrative incentive plan. NO DRAW!
