Industrial Hygienist

Industrial Hygienist Overview Seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to identify, evaluate, prevent, and control workplace environmental hazards that may impact employee health, safety, and well-being. This role supports occupational health and safety initiatives in a regulated industrial environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (based on experience) 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive medical, financial, and wellness benefits Monday–Thursday onsite, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Tuition reimbursement and professional development Work-life balance focused environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related science/engineering field Industrial Hygienist III: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Industrial Hygienist IV: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and control workplace environmental hazards Conduct exposure assessments for noise, lead, asbestos, ventilation, lighting, and other occupational risks Recommend and implement hazard control measures Collaborate with safety, medical, and management teams to improve workplace safety Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and corrective action recommendations Conduct industrial hygiene audits and program assessments Deliver employee training on occupational health and safety Support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance Required Skills Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, practices, and applicable regulations Ability to independently manage complex assignments and exercise sound judgment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills Strong communication and presentation abilities with all organizational levels Additional Requirements U.S. Citizenship required Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check Participation in a random drug testing program #J-18808-Ljbffr MBC Talent Connections
