As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll serve as the face of our company-meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present custom bath solutions that fit their needs and vision. This is a high-energy outside sales role where you'll leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver an engaging, consultative sales experience.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential -top performers earn $150,000+ annually .What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions using easy-to-use digital tools
• Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
• Participate in weekly sales training to enhance performance and skills
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement/remodeling a plus)
• Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently in customer homes
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Outgoing and professional personality with strong closing ability
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
