Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and customer experiences. Your success will be determined by your ability to support your team members and customers during every interaction.**What We Offer:*** **Competitive Compensation** **–** Including a company matched 401k and a Sign-on Bonus* **Pay Range** **-** $16 - $20 hourly* **Paid Vacation*** **Wellness Support** **–** With 24/7 access to our Employee & Family Assistance Program**Your Responsibilities:*** Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and “The Irving” customer experience standards* Greeting customers, including answering phones, by providing clients with the highest level of customer service, demonstrated through a courteous demeanor, and outstanding service* Prepare a variety of foods according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures* Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages and package take-outs if needed* Clean, sanitize, and maintain food preparation and serving areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and work surfaces to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices* Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, refrigeration, and other kitchen equipment* Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and added items, and rotating stock* Handle, store, and rotate all food products and supplies according to The Irving policies and procedures* Wash, mix, peel and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving**Your Skills**:* Basic math skills* Attention to detail* Customer service skills* Good communication skills**Your Experience:*** 2 years in a customer service role* G.E.D or equivalent*Irving Oil is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
