Company Description: Conley Law, LLC is a Fairlawn based bankruptcy law firm that handles consumer chapter 7s, 13s, and student loan discharges. We provide compassion to our clients in some of their most desperate times and try to make the bankruptcy process as quick and easy as possible. Role Description: The Legal Receptionist is a full-time role that will start as on-site in our Akron, Ohio office. After training is completed, the possibility of moving to a hybrid or remote position can be discussed. This position will be primarily responsible for initial communication and follow ups. This includes answering calls from potential clients and clients, following up with potential clients on moving forward, and following up with clients on the documentation needed. Additional tasks include handling incoming and outgoing mail, and managing physical documents. Qualifications: Required Strong communication and phone etiquette skills, including clear verbal communication and professional client interaction. Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, online scheduling tools) and comfort learning legal practice management systems. Demonstrated reliability, discretion with confidential information, and a client-focused mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in legal administration or office management is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to varying situations. 2. Preferred Experience with receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling front desk operations.
