MN Signature Care: Garden Court Chateau is seeking to hire a full-time and part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate long-term care for our elderly assisted living residents. We pay a competitive wage of $19.00- $24.50/hour . We are looking for a HHA/CNA to work at Garden Court Chateau. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) / CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are the heart and soul of our team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you get to help our senior/elderly residents stay close to home and live with independence and dignity. You do more than just provide medication reminders or assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies.

You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence and promoting family involvement as much as possible. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace-of-mind for them and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS

• No experience necessary paid training provided.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to be away from home a week at a time.

Experience working in a long-term care setting is favored. Can you work well independently and in a team environment? Do you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively? Do you have strong communication skills? Are you motivated to provide exceptional service and respect to our elderly residents and their families? Can you maintain a calm and warm environment? WORK SCHEDULE

Our Home Health Aides (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) enjoy a flexible schedule . The typical schedule includes rotating every other weekend and every other holiday . The typical hours are listed below:

• AM Shifts 7:00AM-3:00 PM
• PM Shifts 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight shifts 11:00 PM - 7:00AM

Job Summary :
