Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Adventist Health Delano is actively seeking a mission-minded Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing primary care team in Delano, California. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct wellness exams and preventive health screenings
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

• Previous Family Medicine or Primary Care experience

Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $99,288 - $148,933
