Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and healthcare professionals
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in patient care and team collaboration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• A License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Setting
