Sr super - Data Centers Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical

Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical is responsible for overseeing the construction and operational activities of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, warehouses, and industrial spaces. This role demands a strong background in construction management and a deep understanding of the unique requirements associated with mission-critical infrastructure. The Senior Superintendent will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while also managing a team of construction professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction for mission-critical facilities including data centers and cold storage warehouses.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage logistics and scheduling to minimize downtime and optimize workflow on-site.
• Provide training and support to construction teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any emerging challenges effectively.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects in data centers, warehouses, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as required.
