Join a respected hospital as a Lead Clinical Pharmacist and take on a leadership role in a mission-driven healthcare system .
Position Highlights:
Compensation: up to almost $250,000 annually
Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
Work Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy leadership
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff supervision
Implement process improvements and medication safety protocols
Mentor pharmacy staff and support professional development
Requirements:
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
Active Oregon Pharmacist License
4+ years of experience OR PGY1 + 2 years of experience
