We are hiring a General Laborer to join our team in Troy, MI. A General Laborer will work with other associates to get production done in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Assist with various manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as needed.
- Support team members in completing projects efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
